If you can’t or don’t want to buy self-rising flour - something that isn’t too common in my baking adventures - you can easily make it yourself.
Self-rising Flour1 cup (120g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
- Blend all three ingredients with a whisk
- Sift it several times to evenly distribute everything as much as possible
