This recipe comes from Brazil. It is easy to make and is pretty good.

Chocolate Truffles

3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
14 ounce condensed milk
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate sprinkles

On medium-ish heat cook cocoa, butter and condensed milk until thickened, about 15 minutes.

Pour it in a buttered dish and let cool.

Shape into balls about 1.5 inches or so.

Roll in the chocolate sprinkles

It stays good for a few days in a tightly sealed container.
